What happens if something gets damaged during the move?
Tell our team as soon as you can and share photos of the damage. We review the claim quickly and help you through it under your transit insurance policy and our service terms.
How early should I book my shifting?
For local moves inside Pune, 3 to 5 days ahead is usually enough. Month-end dates and weekends fill up fast, so book interstate moves 1 to 2 weeks early. Urgent moves are possible when trucks are free.
What are your payment terms?
We take a small advance to confirm your booking, and the rest is paid as agreed in your quote. You can pay by cash, UPI or bank transfer. If you need to cancel or change the date, tell us as early as possible.
Can you shift my car or bike along with household goods?
Yes. Cars move on dedicated carriers and bikes are packed in layers. Both can be booked with your household move so everything reaches the new city on a planned schedule.
How do you pack fragile and high-value items?
Glassware, electronics, artwork and antiques are packed in bubble wrap, foam sheets and strong corrugated boxes, with edge protectors and wooden crates where needed. These boxes are labelled so the crew handles them with extra care at loading and unloading.
Can I store my household goods in Pune while I move?
Yes. Our Pune warehouse stores household goods, boxes, bikes and cars, charged by the month. Storing the goods from a 1 BHK costs ₹3,700 a month and a 2 BHK costs ₹4,800 a month.
