Yes. You get a simple written agreement that lists your goods. It is shared before the move and checked again after delivery.

Every carton gets a label with the consignee's name, an identification number, the destination and a note of what is inside. The same details go on the packing list you receive.

Yes. Our crew unloads, places furniture where you want it and unpacks the cartons with the same care taken during packing.

Yes. We help you take transit insurance for local and long-distance moves, so your goods are covered from pickup to delivery. Our team explains the cover and the claim process before the move day.

Keep cash, jewellery, important documents, medicines and laptops with you. We pack everything else, including clothes, crockery and electronics.

We use vehicle carriers with doorstep pickup and delivery. The vehicle is inspected with you before loading and checked again against the same report at delivery.

Point out the damage at delivery so it is noted, keep your insurance papers and get a repair estimate. Our team then helps you raise a claim under the transit insurance, which is why we recommend insuring every vehicle you move.

Yes. Cars move on dedicated carriers and bikes are packed in layers. Both can be booked with your household move so everything reaches the new city on a planned schedule.

Yes. Once your goods are dispatched you get a consignment number. Enter it on our Track Consignment page, or ask our team, and we share the latest status and expected delivery date.

Yes. Share the name and phone number of the person receiving the goods. They should check the cartons against the list before signing.
