Driving your car across states adds wear, fuel, tolls, food and hotel costs, plus two or three days of your time. A car carrier moves it for a fixed price while you travel by train or flight.
Before loading, we inspect the car with you and note every existing scratch or dent in a condition report with photos. You sign it, we keep a copy, and we check the car against the same report at delivery.

Documents you need for car shifting
The documents travel with your car and may be checked on the way, so keep clear copies ready before pickup. Originals stay with you.
If you plan to use the car in the new state for more than 12 months, the law requires you to re-register it there. This usually needs a no objection certificate (NOC) from your current RTO. Our team can explain the steps when you book, so there are no surprises after delivery.

How to get your car ready for transport
A few minutes of preparation makes the inspection quicker and protects you if you ever need to make a claim.

Wash the car
A clean car shows every existing scratch and dent clearly, so the condition report is accurate.

Take your own photos
Photograph all four sides, the roof and the odometer on the day of pickup, and keep them with the report we give you.

Remove valuables and loose items
Take out documents, chargers, sunglasses and anything loose in the boot or the door pockets.

Keep the fuel low
A quarter tank or less is enough to drive the car on and off the carrier.

Check the battery and tyres
A weak battery or a flat tyre slows down loading. Tell us about any known problem before pickup.

Switch off the alarm
If the alarm cannot be turned off, show our driver how to handle it so it does not drain the battery on the way.

How much does car transportation cost?
Our rate card lists car transport at ₹5,800 to ₹12,500 for 100 to 350 km and ₹10,500 to ₹20,000 for 1,200 to 1,700 km. The exact price depends on the car size, route and carrier type.
How many days does car shifting take?
Most interstate car moves from Pune are delivered within 3 to 8 days, based on distance and carrier departures. We confirm the expected delivery date when you book.
Should I empty the car before shifting?
Yes. Remove personal items, valuables and loose accessories. Keep the fuel low, around a quarter tank or less, and hand over one set of keys.
What happens if my car is damaged in transit?
The condition report is checked at delivery. Any new damage is noted on the spot and a claim is raised under the transit insurance as per policy terms. Our team helps you with the claim.
Do I need to re-register my car in the new state?
If you will keep the car in the new state for more than 12 months, you need to re-register it there. This usually needs an NOC from your current RTO. Short stays do not need re-registration.
Can I put household items inside the car?
Please do not. Loose goods can shift and damage the interior on the road, and the car's transit cover may not include them. Send them with your household goods instead.
Can I book car transport without shifting my house?
Yes. Car transportation can be booked on its own. Share the pickup and drop cities and your preferred date for a quote.
