How we get a bike ready for the road
A bike looks tough, but mirrors, indicators, the tank and body panels scratch easily in a moving truck. That is why our crew packs every bike in layers before it goes near a truck.
Bikes travel upright and tied to the carrier floor, so they cannot move or leak on the way.

How to get your bike ready for transport
Do these the day before pickup and handing over the bike takes a few minutes.
- 01
Leave only a little fuel
Keep just enough fuel to ride the bike onto the carrier. We do not load a bike with a full tank.

Remove accessories
Take off top boxes, tank bags, phone holders and anything else that comes off without tools.

Photograph the bike
Take photos of both sides and the odometer. They help if anything needs checking at delivery.

Check the tyres and battery
Correct tyre pressure makes the bike easier to move. Let us know if the battery is weak.

Keep document copies ready
Copies of the RC, insurance and your ID travel with the bike. The originals stay with you.

Hand over one key
Give our crew one key and keep the spare with you until delivery.

How much does bike transportation cost?
Our rate card lists bike transport at ₹2,800 to ₹5,800 for 100 to 350 km and ₹6,800 to ₹11,800 for 1,200 to 1,700 km. The exact price depends on the bike size and route.
Should I empty the fuel tank?
Keep only a small amount of fuel, just enough to ride the bike onto the carrier. A full tank is a fire risk in transit.
Can you move an electric scooter?
Yes. We pack electric scooters the same way. Share the model when you book so we can plan safe handling of the battery.
Which documents do I need?
Keep copies of the RC, insurance and your ID ready. They travel with the bike and may be checked on the way. Originals stay with you.
How long does bike transport take?
Short routes take 1 to 3 days and long interstate routes usually take up to a week, based on distance. We confirm the expected delivery date at booking.
Can I send my bike without shifting my house?
Yes. Bike transportation can be booked on its own, from Pune to any city we serve.
Do you move heavy bikes and superbikes?
Yes. Heavy and premium bikes get the same layered packing, with extra space planned on the carrier. Share the model when you book so we can quote correctly.
