Heavier and bulkier goods take more space on the truck, so a fridge costs more to send than a few cartons.

Delivery within Maharashtra costs less than delivery to a city in another state.

Packing
Goods that need wrapping or a crate add material and time. Cartons that are already well packed need nothing extra.

Access at both addresses
High floors without a lift, or a building the truck cannot reach, add carrying time.

Delivery date
A fixed delivery date may need a dedicated vehicle, which costs more than sending the goods on a shared route.

How is door-to-door delivery priced?
The price depends on the weight and size of the goods, the distance and whether you need packing. Share what you are sending and both addresses for a quote.
Is there a minimum quantity?
No fixed minimum. Even one appliance or a few cartons can be sent. Very small parcels may be cheaper through a courier, and we will tell you if that is the case.
Will you pack the goods?
Yes, on request. We bring the material and pack at pickup, which is best for furniture, appliances and anything fragile.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Maharashtra usually takes 1 to 3 days and longer routes up to a week, based on distance. We confirm the timeline when you book.
Can you deliver between two cities outside Pune?
Often, yes. Share both addresses and we confirm whether the route is available and what it costs.
Do I need to be there at pickup and delivery?
Someone should be present to hand over and receive the goods and to sign the delivery note. It can be a family member, a friend or a colleague.
