Our Working Process
Every move follows the same four stages: a survey of your goods, careful packing, a written inventory and safe delivery with unpacking. Here is what happens at each stage and what you receive along the way.
- Survey before every move
- Inventory list for you
- Delivery and unpacking

What happens on every move
- 01
Survey and assessment
Our team checks your goods before the move and decides the right vehicle, and whether valuable items need extra protection. Once you agree to the plan, we fix the moving date.
- 02
Careful packing
Packing starts after you approve the plan. We choose the material for each item, such as cartons, special plastic wrap or wooden boxes, and follow safe handling rules.
- 03
Inventory list
When packing is done, we list every packed item. You get a copy, so both sides know exactly what is being moved.
- 04
Delivery and unpacking
Your goods travel safely to the new address, where our crew unloads and unpacks them with the same care.
The right vehicle for your goods
We pick the vehicle after the survey. Depending on the volume and type of goods, they travel in an open truck, a large carrier or a closed container.
Cars and bikes move on dedicated carriers, and smaller loads can share a truck with other goods going the same way, which keeps the cost down.
Need only a vehicle and a driver? See our truck hire service for sizes and rates.

Questions about our process
Did not find your answer? Call or WhatsApp us and a move expert will help you right away.
How do you label goods for transport?
Every carton gets a label with the consignee's name, an identification number, the destination and a note of what is inside. The same details go on the packing list you receive.
Do I have to sign an agreement?
Yes. You get a simple written agreement that lists your goods. It is shared with you before the move and checked again after delivery.
Can I check the status of my shipment?
Yes. Once your goods are dispatched you get a consignment number, and you can check the status on our Track Consignment page or ask our team for an update.
Do you unpack at the new home?
Yes. Our crew unloads, places furniture where you want it and unpacks the cartons, with the same care taken during packing.
